What happens next

You will see a reference number on screen as soon as the request is recorded. Keep it — quote it if you need to follow up.
We add your number and address to our suppression and internal do-not-call lists, which stop all further outbound contact from us.
We action every request as soon as practicable and in any event within 10 business days of receipt, consistent with the FCC's consent-revocation rules. Text STOP replies are processed automatically and immediately.
Suppression records are kept indefinitely — that is how we keep honouring your request. Asking us to delete your personal data does not remove you from suppression.

Important — this does not stop financing providers. Opting out here stops BidMyCapital from contacting you and from sharing your information with additional providers. It cannot recall information already transmitted, and providers who already received your request are independent companies that will keep contacting you until you tell them to stop.

To stop a specific provider: reply STOP to their texts, tell their agent to add you to their do-not-call list, or use the contact details on their website — most are linked from Participating Financing Providers. If a provider ignores you, tell us at optout@bidmycapital.com and we will escalate and, for repeat offenders, remove them from our network.

Telephone: Call (814) 637-3076, or simply tell any BidMyCapital caller that you want to be placed on the do-not-call list.
